  10. Track, Organize and Catalog your book collection.  Enter a multitude of 
  11. information about your books including subjects (key words), descriptions,
  12. cost, value, location--even allows you to track books that you have lent
  13. out to friends.  Enter book information in an extremely easy and straight
  14. forward fashion including the following items: Book Type, Category, 
  15. Personal Rating, Location, Title, Author, Publisher, Year Published, Cost, 
  16. Value, ISBN, Date Purchased, Where Purchased, Volume, Issue, Edition, 
  17. number of pages, catalog number, key words, checkout, checkout date, 
  18. checkout person and Description.  Modify the Category, Personal Rating and
  19. location lists to your personal liking.  Advanced search facility gives you
  20. the ability to search on Title, Author, Publisher, Year Published, Where 
  21. Purchased, ISBN, Category, Key Words, Description, Location, Book Type, 
  22. Checkout Status and Personal Rating.  Create 1 line, 2 line or multi-line 
  23. reports sorted by Title, Author, Category, Location, Book Type or Personal
  24. Rating.  Reports can be narrowed down to one Category, Book Type, Location
  25. or Personal Rating.  View Reports on screen or print to Printer.

  27. SmartTracker Books features a scrollable Viewer similar in appearance to a
  28. spreadsheet layout which lists the database elements.  The viewer will
  29. grow and shrink with the size of the window. CONFIGURE the Viewer to your
  30. personal preference.  Select only those database elements that you plan
  31. on using or that you want to see to appear in the viewer.  Specify the 
  32. order in which they appear and specify the space to allocate to each
  33. element.  Advanced search options places items matching search criteria
  34. into the Viewer.  Ascii delimited import/export operations are available
  35. with complete configurability on which items and in which order to import
  36. or export.  Limit exports to only those items found in a search.  Configure
  37. the colors for all elements of the windows for all windows or for specific
  38. windows.  DESIGN your own reports!  Add as many report layouts as you like.
  39. Select either a 90 column report for large legible reports or a 120 column 
  40. report to pack as much information on the page as possible.  Each database 
  41. element can be spread out over a maximum of 12 lines.  Place labels, blanks
  42. and database items where you want them to be.  Allocate the desired space 
  43. for the labels, blanks and database items.  Optionally add up to 3 header 
  44. lines to appear on each page.  Optionally place totals which will appear 
  45. after each report group and at the end of the report.  Optionally place 
  46. page numbers on each page.  For one line reports (columns of data), 
  47. optionally choose to have automatic column headers placed on the report.
  48. Choose from among any True Type font that is on your system.  View reports 
  49. on screen or send to printer or ascii file.  Print one page or entire
  50. report.
